Bay Lodge is located directly southwest of the Bradley and Wolf Road intersection in front of Bradley Road Park. This handicap-accessible building can be rented by Bay Village residents. A brief overview of the facility features and rules is below, for full details see the Facility Rental Rules and Regulations. COVID-19-related restrictions have been lifted as of June 2, 2021.


  • Capacity of 130.
  • Outdoor patio area
  • Approximately 120 chairs
  • 12, 8-foot by 30-inch tables
  • 6, 6-foot by 30-inch tables
  • The kitchen facility has a refrigerator, stove, and sink.

Smoking & Drinking

Bay Lodge is a Smoke-Free facility.  Alcohol may be served, and if alcohol is served after 8 pm on a Friday or Saturday, a Bay Village security officer must be hired. Details and contact numbers are included in the Rental Agreement form.

Kitchen & Trash Removal

There is a full kitchen at Bay Lodge.  Stove top and oven warming of pre-prepared food is permitted, but open fat frying is strictly prohibited.  Renters must provide their own utensils and small appliances. Renters are responsible for cleanup after the event.

Furniture, Lights, Windows

  • No lighted candles are permitted in this facility.
  • No furniture may be removed from the building for outside use.
