The City of Bay Village has continued its participation in the Heritage Home Program of the Cleveland Restoration Society. This program can assist homeowners with homes 50 years old or older, in maintaining and improving their properties by providing access to free technical assistance and low-interest financing for home repair and maintenance projects.
