Sewer & Trash Bills
The City of Bay Village charges each residence a flat sewer rental fee of $90 and a $12 trash removal fee per quarter. Both charges are included on one invoice. Sewer and trash bills may be paid in full at any time. You may pay in advance for any number of quarters.
Bills may be paid via U.S. Mail, in person at Bay Village City Hall, 350 Dover Center Road, during office hours, or dropped in the box next to the mailbox in the City Hall exit drive. Bank checks must include the account number which is located on your bill to ensure proper posting.
Want to have your sewer/trash collection payments automatically deducted (PDF) from your account and not have to worry? You can submit the automatic payment form via U.S. Mail, in person during office hours, or in the sewer payment box next to the mailbox in the City Hall exit drive. Payments are deducted quarterly in January, April, July, and October on the 20th of the month or the next business day.
Updating Your Billing Information (Permanent & Seasonal)
City sewer and trash bills are sent to the address on file for the parcel number. We make every effort to ensure the name on the bill is correct, however, if the name on your bill is not correct please call 440-871-2200 to have the information updated.
You may call 440-871-2200 to provide a seasonal forwarding address. Please remember to call upon your return to Bay Village so we can remove the forward. For sewer-related concerns that are not related to billing, please call the Bay Village Service Department at 440-871-1221.
