Fitness Class Schedules

Feeling Fit Class

Stay in shape with this year round class that will increase your energy level, help lower your body fat, tone your muscles and relieve stress. Low-impact aerobics and muscle strengthening will be included. Don’t forget to wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear. Bring a workout mat or beach towel and water.

  • Location: Bay Community Gym
  • Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Time: 9:00 am to 10:00 am


Full Body Sculpt 45

Using light-weight resistance training and bodyweight exercises, this 45-minute fitness class will focus on improving core stability, core strength, and muscular endurance for the entire body. Incorporating dynamic, low-impact movements to build strength and create length, this class will also enhance your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and mobility. Suitable for all levels, including beginners and postpartum clients (who have been cleared to exercise). Modifications and progressions will be offered to customize the workout to your goals & abilities. These workouts are approachable, effective, and fun! Grab a friend and come sweat with us!

Required equipment for class: Bring your own mat, personal set of light dumbbells (1-5 pounds) and a water bottle. 

Optional equipment to bring along: Resistance loops/mini bands, yoga block, Pilates ball or wrist/ankle weights.

Full Body Sculpt 60

Level up your fitness routine with Full Body Sculpt 60! Each 60-minute class will include resistance training, compound movements and cardio work using a variety of modalities to enhance core strength, build muscular endurance from head-to-toe, and increase flexibility and mobility. This Sculpt class will be challenging, but leave you feeling energized to tackle the busy day ahead! Suitable for the intermediate-level participant, but modifications are offered for all levels. Commit to a session of these weekly classes to feel and see results!

Required equipment for class: Bring your own mat, personal set of light to moderate dumbbells (1-8 pounds), and water bottle.

Optional equipment to bring along: Resistance loops/mini bands, yoga block, Pilate’s ball or wrist/ankle weights.
