Our State of the Art Police Station
On May 22, 2006, the Bay Village Police Department moved from its old location at City Hall to a new facility at 28000 Wolf Rd. The new police station replaced an outdated, inefficient and unsafe building with a state of the art facility. The Police Department Campus is two buildings: a main building of nearly 19,000 square feet and an 8,600 square foot garage/shooting range building. The Police Station has a meeting room available for the community which seats 50 persons. Its modern jail can house individuals for up to 12 days. A video arraignment room provides for quick and efficient contact with court, eliminating the need to take prisoners to court. A dual-station dispatch is the hub of new technology making the building a technologically-advanced law enforcement facility. Secure evidence storage, training rooms and a shooting range enhance the Department's ability to provide quality law enforcement services to the community.
