| Bay Village Family Aquatic Center
The Bay Village Family Aquatic Center offers "something fun for everyone"! This facility has a zero depth entry, a water playground for children, two super slides, and a diving well with 1 and 3 meter boards. The complex also includes a state of the art bathhouse with showers and restrooms, and a concession stand offering various food selections.

Toddler Area Guidelines:
- Only those under 48" permitted in the toddler area, unless authorized by a manager.
- Adults (18 & Older) must accompany children in the toddler area.
- Children in diapers must wear Little Swimmers (sold at concession stand)
Concession Stand Area:
- All food and drink must be kept in the concession stand area.
- Only water can be on the pool deck
Splash Party: RESIDENTS ONLY
Bay Village Aquatic Center may be rented for after hours. Monday-Saturday from 9:10pm-10:40pm. The rental party must use the concession stand area for serving and eating food. Call the Recreation Dept. for rental fees at 871-6755.
General Rules:
*THIS IS A NON-SMOKING/ALCHOL FREE FACILITY*
*PHOTO ID CARD MUST BE PRESENTED TO ENTRY THE FACILITY*
- Children 8 years and under must be accompanied by an individual 14 years or older.
- No child under the age of 9 may be dropped off at the pool alone!
- Children under 48" are permitted to swim in the toddler area or in the main pool with an adult.
- Only one child per adult in the pool at a time.
- Children under 48" must pass a swim test to swim in the main pool alone (wristband must be worn at all times). See Manager for details.
- Persons with sores, skin eruption, open wounds or bandages will not be permitted in the pool.
- Pool closes at 9:00 p.m.:
- Guards will clear the water nightly at 8:50 p.m.
- Everyone must be off the pool premises at 9:00 p.m.
- Rest period occurs the first 15 minutes of each hour.
- NO FLOTATION DEVICES PERMITTED
- No horseplay allowed (Running, Pushing, Dunking, Snapping Towels, Throwing Others, etc.)
- No profanity allowed.
- Glass objects prohibited on pool premises.
- Snorkels prohibited.
- Flippers are permitted.
- Chewing gum is prohibited.
- Swim suits only.
- Jumping in off the side of the pool:
- Jump facing forward and straight off the side
- Diving prohibited in the main pool
- No flipping or back dives off the side of the pool
- Slide:
- One person at a time
- Wait at the bottom of the ladder
- Sit up straight and go feet first
- No swimming in the slide area
- Diving Boards:
- One Bounce
- One person on the board at a time
- Jump straight off the end of the board
- Leave board from feet only
- No inward dives
- Must go off the board facing forward, unless doing a back dive or flip
- Lightning & Thunder:
- Pool will be cleared for 20 minutes (minimum) after hearing thunder or sighting lightning.
- **Everyone must be in the eating area or changing room! NO EXCEPTIONS!**
- Pool closes if:
- It is below 65 degrees
- There is an electrical storm for an extended period
- There are less than five patrons
Anyone failing to obey the rules or instructions, either verbal or written, may be ejected from the pool area.
Any person who is directed to leave the pool area shall do so promptly and peacefully.
