The Village Foundation Bronze Plaque Memorial:

The Village Foundation is a nonprofit corporation, a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to preserving the quality of life in Bay Village, Ohio using the talents and resources of its private citizens.

The Village Foundation exists to provide support for projects and programs fostering Bay Village's historical, cultural and educational heritage. Through The Village Foundation, its citizens and businesses are encouraged to perpetuate the traditions that make Bay Village a special place to live and work.

The Village Foundation Bronze Plaque Program invites citizens and friends of Bay Village to memorialize and/or honor their loved ones and friends by reserving a bronze plaque at the Cahoon Memorial Bridge with a gift of $2500 to The Village Foundation.
