The following City buildings are available for rental by Bay Village residents.

Community House:
 
Located at 303 Cahoon Road, the Community House is available for rental by Bay Village residents and City groups. No alcohol is allowed in the building or in Cahoon Park. Private rentals are $125.00 and a security deposit of $250.00 per day is charged and refunded after the event. Non-profit civic and non-civic groups may rent for less depending upon time of day and type of activity. The Community House is handicapped accessible but is not air conditioned. Kitchen facilities, tables and chairs are available. Maximum occupancy is 140. Contact Community Services, (440) 899-3410.

 
Gazebo:
 
Located on Cahoon Road next to the Community House and Memorial Rose Garden, the Gazebo is available for rent for weddings by Bay Village residents. No alcohol is permitted. The cost is $35.00 per day. Contact Community Services, (440) 899-3410.

 
Bayway Youth Cabin:
 
Located at 27400 Wolf Road, the Bayway Youth Cabin can be used by Bay Village youth and scout groups at no charge when not in use for City programs.

 
Bay Lodge:
 
Located at 492 Bradley Road, the Bay Lodge may be rented by Bay Village residents and groups. Alcohol is allowed. Rental fees depend upon time of day and usage. Security Deposit is required. Kitchen facilities, bar, tables, chairs and television are available. Maximum capacity is 130. Contact the Community Services Department at (440) 899-3410.
