Village Foundation announces that funding is available for Community Projects.

The Village Foundation is accepting requests for funds to be donated for specific projects of local civic and non-profit organizations. Proposals are due Monday, March 12, 2012 and awards will be given Thursday, May 31st, 2012. Awards may range from $500 to $2,500.

Huntington Metroparks

The Huntington Metroparks Reservation lies in the heart of Bay Village but is not part of the City of Bay Village. The Huntington Reservation includes Huntington Beach, a recently certified "Blue Wave" beach, the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center, BAYarts, Huntington Playhouse and Vento Tratoria. In addition the park has hiking trails, picnic areas, a sledding hill and a beautiful view of downtown Cleveland.
