The Board of Zoning Appeals is created by Codified Ordinance Chapter 1127, and consists of seven electors of the City not holding other Municipal office or appointment, appointed by the Mayor with the concurrence of a majority of the members of Council, as set forth in Bay Village Charter Article VII, Section 7.5.
